HONEY CSA SHARE:
We are now offering a portion of our honey crop direct to consumers following a CSA model. But, unlike a true CSA, we will not be
asking our members to work or share in the risk of producing our honey crop.

Our honey share will consist of:

3 - 2lb jars of our Massachusetts produced Honey

1 pair of 8” hand dipped beeswax tapered candles

1- 40 hour (4”) beeswax pillar candle

6 -15 hour votive beeswax candles.

The cost of our honey share will be $75.00

Why Beeswax Candles in a honey share?

Beeswax is part of the honey crop and needs to be utilized in a sustainable way. Beeswax is secreted by worker honeybees to
construct honeycomb, so the colony can raise its young in, and where they can store pollen and honey. For us, beeswax is a
by-product of extracting honey from the comb, and is something to be valued; as it takes the bees 7 pounds of honey to secrete
1 lb of beeswax
.
